1) Position Description: DATA ENTRY / RESEARCH

We have 3-4 PART TIME DATA ENTRY / RESEARCH POSITIONS for individuals to collect DATA and enter VIA THE WEB for the CMAs we provide to our clients. MAY WORK FROM HOME as long as ASSIGNMENTS are either SUBMITTED via EMAIL, FAX, UPLOADED on WEB, or DROPPED OFF at office 1 BUSINESS DAY PRIOR to DUE DATE. Candidate must have computer experience and be EXCEPTIONALLY FAMILIAR with the WEB. IDEAL CANDIDATES MAY INCLUDE STUDENTS who PREFER TO WORK FROM HOME after normal business hours. POSITION PAYS HOURLY.

2) Position Description: Field Representative

We have 1 PART TIME POSITION for friendly, dedicated, and outgoing individual to help VISIT the PROPERTIES we are servicing and A) PHOTOGRAPH PROPERTIES, B) SERVE NOTICE TO TENANTS or OWNERS, C) INSPECT & PHOTOGRAPH possible repairs, damage, or general real estate related tasks. POSITION PAYS HOURLY + MILEAGE.

Position Requirements:

2. Ability to meet goals and deadlines	4. Know how to use a digital camera and upload images

3) Position Description: Telemarketer

We have 2 PART TIME TELEMARKETING POSITIONS for friendly, dedicated, creative and outgoing individuals to help schedule and confirm appointments over the phone via inbound and outbound calls. Candidate must have computer experience and be EXCEPTIONALLY FAMILIAR with the WEB. POSITION PAYS HOURLY + BONUS + COMMISSION.
